For me it’s a no. But I know others who do this 🥴🫣
Too-low-420
Only in school because the burger sucked and the fries were always undercooked so they sucked so I combined it for a suck sandwich
TheJarlSteinar

Absolutely not. I love a simple LTO burger with fries on the side

I’m more curious what that is going on above the fries? Is that spinach artichoke dip or something?
Neat-Purpose-8364

Whatever floats yer boat ! I often add a hash-brown (stacks a little better)

You eat fries with your burger yea? Same thing.
-Suzuka-
Depends on the type of fry and if they are cooked properly.
Worried-Ebb-2826
No. I prefer to contrast the taste and texture of the burger, with the fries intermittently. In this case putting them together at once doesn’t necessarily add anything new, it just slightly distracts from the taste of either, as opposed to putting something like jam and cheese together ~ Remi Ratatouille

Depends on the burger and depends on the fries

Add coleslaw and you just about have a Primanti’s Cheesesteak. Looks great!

It works well in a burrito. Went to a place and they had a “California” burrito. There was meat and cheese of course, but they added sour cream, guacamole, and French fries.
DyrrhachiumPharsalus
Personal preference but if I’m looking for more crunch I would rather toss some onion rings on there

Back when a McDouble and small fries was $2, absolutely.
In college I’d do that, plus order the $2 side salad (stealing some for the burger, eating the rest) and a cup of water for a pretty substantial $4 meal.

I LOVE fries, but for me they get soggy too quick in a burger. If you eat it immediately sure. But they detract for be if they’re soggy.

The Rallys/Checkers fry lovers burger is delicious! Cheap too, they have some of the best fries in the game.
7thFleetTraveller
That would be a no go for me. The fries only get wet and soft this way. I want them crunchy and with mayonnaise^^

As a general rule no, but if a place does it I won’t ask for them removed. I generally eat a burger how the chef wants to make it

I love French fries on a burger. For some reason I’ve always done it with Harvey’s (Canada) but also works with others. Everyone always looks at me weird and I’ve never met anyone else who burger fry stacks.
